Youth Athletic Performance Platform
Three physical training facilities across Colorado and Tennessee — all running through one app. Athletes tap an NFC wristband to check in, coaches sign up to run classes, parents register their kids and see results, and the business collects W-9s and banking info right inside the app. No paper. No back-and-forth.
The Challenge
Running three youth training facilities meant paper check-in sheets, coaches coordinating through group texts, parents calling to register, and stacks of W-9 forms. Testing results from VALD equipment lived in a separate system nobody could access easily.
Our Solution
We put everything in one app. Athletes tap a wristband to check in. Coaches manage their own classes. Parents handle registration, booking, and payments from their phone. VALD test results flow in automatically. The business collects tax and banking documents digitally. Three facilities, zero paperwork.
